For the second consecutive year, Blake Hunt Ventures was named one of the top ten commercial real estate developers in the East Bay Business Times. This year Blake Hunt Ventures was ranked in the top ten with such major developers as the Shorenstein Company, Wareham Development, Regency Centers, and Ellis Partners. BHV qualified for the list by developing 303,000 square feet in downtown Walnut Creek during 2002.
